Leadership - Adjunct Faculty

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instruction for assigned courses, including Introduction to Leadership, Theories of Leadership, and Capstone Seminars
• Develop course syllabi and conduct student assessments
• Maintain regular, published availability to address student concerns and engage in dialogue
• Attend leadership faculty team meetings 1-2 times per semester
• Support the development of students as servant leaders and trusted advisors through meaningful coursework and mentoring

Requirements

• Master’s degree in leadership or a related field
• Prior experience teaching at the college or university level
• Professional work experience in private, public, or non-profit settings
• Ability to provide official transcripts for your highest degree upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Terminal degree in a relevant field
