About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver instruction for assigned courses, including Introduction to Leadership, Theories of Leadership, and Capstone Seminars
- Develop course syllabi and conduct student assessments
- Maintain regular, published availability to address student concerns and engage in dialogue
- Attend leadership faculty team meetings 1-2 times per semester
- Support the development of students as servant leaders and trusted advisors through meaningful coursework and mentoring
Requirements
- Master’s degree in leadership or a related field
- Prior experience teaching at the college or university level
- Professional work experience in private, public, or non-profit settings
- Ability to provide official transcripts for your highest degree upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Terminal degree in a relevant field
