Leader, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning for large strategic retail customers to ensure reliable, actionable forecasts for supply planning and S&OP processes.
• Partner with Business Units, Sales, Operations, Supply Planning, and Finance to align forecasts with financial plans.
• Create and maintain forecasting models for items at stocking locations to achieve accuracy goals.
• Manage SKU, DC, and customer inputs for replenishment, promotions, seasonality, and lifecycle changes.
• Identify and quantify demand risks, developing countermeasures in collaboration with Customer and Trade teams.
• Prepare and present demand plans, including assumptions and drivers, during S&OP Demand Review meetings.
• Monitor key metrics to drive process conformance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, supply planning, or data analytics.
• Proven experience working within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or B2B organization.
• Technical proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and data acquisition/analysis tools.
• Technical understanding of ERP systems or forecasting software (SAP IBP experience preferred).
• Strong ability to process large datasets and deliver concise, fact-based recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, or Power BI.
• Experience managing complex master data updates and item lifecycle transitions.
