Leader PLM Engineering

Responsibilities

• Act as the guarantor for testing and validating new PLM solution functionalities
• Train and support end-users within the Engineering department
• Capture and formalize business requirements in collaboration with central teams
• Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents in coordination with IT teams
• Ensure the application of standard Alstom processes and lead change management workshops
• Maintain and update technical documentation for Service teams
• Share best practices and propose process improvements across different departments and sites
• Contribute to the implementation of the PLM4A program on specific projects

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanics or an equivalent field
• Strong understanding of engineering processes
• Knowledge of PLM tools such as Catia V6 and 3DExperience
• Knowledge of digital mockups using Catia V5
• Ability to formalize business requirements and analyze complex problems
• Proficiency in English (both written and oral)
• Strong communication, leadership, and influence skills
• Methodical approach with a sense of rigor and urgency
