Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate action items with management
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team member execution
• Motivate team members to deliver memorable customer experiences and loyalty goals
• Participate in "Leader On Duty" shifts to provide active supervision and recognition
• Facilitate a seamless omni-channel experience across in-store, drive-thru, and delivery
• Build and retain a high-performing team through selection, onboarding, and training
• Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability to team members
• Coordinate team member scheduling, including shifts and breaks

Requirements

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience
• At least one year in a supervisory role
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Ability to move about the dispensary and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must pass all required background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience
• Inventory control experience
