About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support management in overseeing dispensary operations, security, and inventory compliance
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee the intake and verification of deliveries
  • Lead team members in executing programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions
  • Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team execution of payments
  • Provide active supervision and team member recognition during "Leader On Duty" shifts
  • Facilitate a seamless omni-channel experience across in-store, drive-thru, and delivery
  • Assist in selecting, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Coordinate team member scheduling, including shifts and breaks

Requirements

  • At least three years of customer service or retail experience
  • At least one year in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Ability to move about the dispensary and lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cannabis industry experience
  • Inventory control experience
