About the role
Responsibilities
- Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and oversee intake and verification of deliveries
- Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions
- Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team member execution
- Provide active supervision, team member recognition, and coaching to support the customer journey
- Facilitate a seamless omni-channel experience across in-store, drive-thru, and delivery
- Assist in selecting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Coordinate team member scheduling, including shifts and breaks
Requirements
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience
- At least one year in a supervisory role
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass all required background checks
- Ability to move about the dispensary and lift up to 30 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Cannabis industry experience
- Inventory control experience
