About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support management in overseeing dispensary operations, security, and compliance
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and product assortment
  • Oversee intake and verification of deliveries and vault accuracy
  • Lead team members in executing programs and in-store promotions
  • Demonstrate proper cash handling and payment processing
  • Motivate team members to deliver positive customer experiences and loyalty goals
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability to team members
  • Coordinate team member scheduling, including shifts and breaks

Requirements

  • At least three years of customer service or retail experience
  • At least one year in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Must pass required background checks
  • Ability to move about the dispensary and lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cannabis industry experience
  • Inventory control experience
