Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations, including security, inventory, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee the intake and verification of deliveries and transfers
• Lead team members in executing programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team execution of payments and discounts
• Provide active supervision and team member recognition during "Leader On Duty" shifts
• Facilitate a seamless omni-channel experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery
• Partner with management to build, train, and coach a high-performing team
• Coordinate team member scheduling, including shifts, meal breaks, and rest periods

Requirements

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience
• At least one year in a supervisory role
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Physical ability to move about the dispensary and lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cannabis industry experience
• Experience in inventory control
