About the role
Responsibilities
- Support management in overseeing dispensary operations, security, and inventory compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee the intake and verification of deliveries
- Lead team members in executing programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions
- Demonstrate proper cash handling and oversee team execution of payments
- Motivate team members to deliver positive customer experiences and meet loyalty goals
- Participate in "Leader On Duty" shifts to provide active supervision and team recognition
- Build and retain a high-performing team through onboarding and training
- Coordinate team member scheduling, including shifts and breaks
Requirements
- At least three years of customer service or retail experience
- At least one year in a supervisory role
- Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass all required background checks
- Ability to move about the dispensary and lift up to 30 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Cannabis industry experience
- Inventory control experience
