Leader I - Quality

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming receiving inspections on vendor-supplied goods and perform functional tests on finished products
• Perform finished goods auditing, container inspections, and special quality tests on new products
• Enter quality data into SAP for reporting and statistical analysis
• Assist inspectors and technicians in troubleshooting defects and performing root cause analysis
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding the quality of parts and manufacturing processes
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation in compliance with housekeeping standards
• Support the Quality Manager and participate in continuous improvement programs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-time quality role
• Proficiency using test equipment, including gauges, dial indicators, micrometers, calipers, and scales
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, manufacturing records, and work instructions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect data and draw logical conclusions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP software
• ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
• Valid forklift or cart license
• Valid driver's license
