Leader for Technology & Innovation Organization

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Zero strategy for TIO products, positioning HP as a reference customer for enterprise business solutions.
• Represent HP’s internal business needs as a lead customer voice in product planning, prioritization, and release decisions.
• Partner with product management teams to influence roadmaps, feature validation, and quality readiness.
• Drive value hypothesis definition, validation, and measurement for new product capabilities, including AI-enabled experiences.
• Apply modern software product management practices across the full SDLC, from discovery through deployment and iteration.
• Champion the deployment of practical AI-powered capabilities, including analytics, automation, and decision support.
• Establish and manage executive-level governance forums to prioritize product deployments and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
• 10–12+ years of experience in software product management, enterprise IT, or digital platform delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end SDLC, including Agile development and release management.
• Proven background in enterprise software, platforms, or digital workplace solutions.
• Strong AI and data literacy, including applied AI use cases and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating as a customer advocate or "customer zero" within a product organization.
• Experience with Lean delivery methods, experimentation, and hypothesis testing.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk controls, and data quality.
