FIAS delivers user-friendly, environmentally friendly, and efficient waste solutions to 10 municipalities in the Nord-Østerdal and Røros regions. With 64 engaged employees, we focus on waste collection and treatment for households and businesses, operating recycling stations and compost production with a strong commitment to service and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on customer service and subscriber management
- Process and follow up on cases according to current regulations
- Help build good routines for administration, documentation, and archiving
- Participate in the implementation of new digital solutions and work processes
- Act as a contact point for subscribers, municipalities, and partners
- Contribute to the development of services and a high-quality customer experience
Requirements
- Relevant higher education, preferably in administration, public management, or leadership
- Experience in public administration with understanding of laws and regulations
- Experience in administrative work, customer service, or service management
- Strong digital competence and interest in process improvement
- Experience with case management, archiving, or digital professional tools is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work structured and planned while balancing service quality and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication skills across different target groups
- Development-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and system understanding
