Leader, AI Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain standardized SDLC and DevSecOps frameworks
• Govern enterprise development toolchains including GitHub Enterprise and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage Infrastructure-as-Code platforms such as Terraform and Pulumi
• Design and maintain reusable AI code libraries and modular components
• Embed security, compliance, and quality controls throughout the development lifecycle
• Partner with IT and Digital Enablement teams to align infrastructure and cybersecurity standards
• Mentor and guide technical staff within platform engineering
• Research emerging technologies including AI-assisted development tools

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or software engineering leadership
• Proven experience implementing enterprise-grade SDLC and DevSecOps governance
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and automated testing
• Experience with containerization, virtualization, and environment orchestration
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and secure software development
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial and digital platform SDKs (Rockwell Studio 5000, Ignition, Sepasoft MES)
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Background in systems integration or large-scale software environments
