Lead Wind Turbine Technician

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site company representative to ensure alignment with customer service expectations.
• Act as the on-site Emergency Coordinator, managing incident responses according to company procedures.
• Coordinate daily activities for internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Facilitate pre-work coordination meetings to promote safety measures and HSE compliance.
• Oversee on-site warehouse organization, spare parts inventory, and the proper use of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in wind turbine operations and maintenance.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and influence team members.
• Experience in emergency management and a solid understanding of HSE standards.
