Lead Wealth Custom Credit Banker

Responsibilities

• Actively market custom lending solutions across the Wells Fargo platform to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Partner with Financial Advisors to deliver bespoke custom lending solutions
• Structure complex credit opportunities and negotiate deal terms directly with clients
• Present credit deals to Independent Risk Management and underwriting teams for final approval
• Lead the strategy and resolution of unique challenges within the Wealth Custom Lending functional area
• Assist in the recruitment of new Financial Advisors by reviewing credit opportunities within their books of work

Requirements

• 5+ years of Wealth Custom Lending experience or equivalent professional background
• Strong credit risk expertise and ability to design bespoke lending solutions
• Proven ability to manage complex loan structuring for HNW/UHNW clients
• Ability to obtain and maintain FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking, Corporate Banking, or Commercial Banking
• Excellent sales and relationship management skills
• Deep knowledge of traditional banking products
• Master's degree or higher
