About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of full-time and seasonal workers to maintain production levels
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and other Lead Associates to prioritize shipping and receiving
- Uphold and evolve warehouse processes and procedures
- Maintain a clean and positive work environment
Requirements
- Warehouse experience
- Leadership experience
- Ability to lift 100lbs repetitively
- Experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to forklift wide and heavy loads
