Lead Visual Lab Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop and train part-time associates in corporate visual, marketing, and operational standards
• Lead the preparation of lab stores for scheduled events and walkthroughs
• Manage the execution of daily tasks and floor set preparation
• Work directly with lab management to execute assigned visual direction and creative merchandising solutions
• Delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
• Manage the floor set write-up process and organize marketing elements
• Track and monitor all product samples within the visual lab store
• Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and lab store maintenance
• Monitor loss prevention and advise management of any unusual activity

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Strong prioritization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Proficient in PC/MAC and Adobe Creative Suite software
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a fashion-related field
• 2+ years of retail management experience
