Lead Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Build design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
• Develop and maintain a complete visual language system across digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms
• Design high-quality marketing materials including pitch decks, website pages, and product demos
• Own the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos
• Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
• Mentor junior designers through hands-on work and lead by example

Requirements

• 5-8 years of visual design experience with a diverse portfolio
• Proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies
• Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery
• Background in both digital and traditional design mediums, including video
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems
• Expertise in typography, color theory, and composition
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with emerging design technologies and AI tools
• Background in startup or high-growth environments
• Motion graphics and animation skills
