About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and shape Arya’s visual tone, storytelling approach, and content pillars
- Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video concepts for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Independently film and edit product explainers, founder-led content, and social-first brand videos
- Translate complex B2B SaaS product features into engaging, human-centric stories
- Build content calendars and test different editing styles, hooks, and visual compositions
- Repurpose long-form content into high-impact, bite-sized social clips
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate of an interdisciplinary creative program
- Strong portfolio of self-directed digital media projects
- Deep understanding of platform-native pacing for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Sharp eye for visual composition, sound design, typography, and editing rhythm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work in-office in NYC (highly preferred)
