Lead, Vault Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the department to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Coach and mentor Operations Associates on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Conduct quality control checks for asset preparation, including image and video review
• Ensure team adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices
• Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams like Imaging, Auction, and Logistics
• Manage and monitor orders and submissions within target SLAs
• Track and audit inventory to ensure accurate records and proper storage conditions
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, rush orders, or exceptions
• Support process improvements and training initiatives

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail in dynamic environments
• Proven reliability and integrity handling high-value items
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Google Workspace or Excel
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks including standing and lifting
• Ability to work Swing Shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm PST), Monday - Friday
