Lead UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear hypotheses and design directions
• Produce user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops and structured communication
• Provide informal leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers
• Partner with PMs and engineers to define success metrics and use analytics to inform iteration
• Extend and refine the design system with scalable, accessible components and tokens
• Conduct usability studies and concept validation to translate insights into design decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product-focused UX/UI
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work on complex, data-rich, or B2B/SaaS applications
• Expert-level Figma capability including components, variants, tokens, and auto-layout
• Strong interaction design skills and high-quality visual design craft
• Experience designing for multi-device and responsive layouts
• Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and metrics-driven iteration
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with dashboards, financial data, or information-heavy interfaces
• Experience in Agile environments using Jira and FigJam
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
