Lead UX Interaction Designer

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Translate user needs and research insights into intuitive interaction patterns
• Design for complex systems including enterprise tools and automotive interfaces
• Establish interaction design principles and frameworks
• Lead and mentor senior and junior designers
• Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and developers
• Define and evolve design systems and reusable components
• Drive end-to-end experience strategy across multiple products

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design or Interaction Design from a reputed design institute
• 8+ years of experience in UX/Interaction design
• Proven experience leading complex UX initiatives
• Expertise in information architecture and design systems
• Strong systems thinking and strategic mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, enterprise, or AI-driven product domains
