Lead UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and execution across multiple workstreams, products, and customer journeys
• Design end-to-end experiences, including user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity solutions
• Translate customer research, business objectives, and data insights into effective design decisions
• Facilitate workshops, discovery activities, and design-thinking sessions
• Drive alignment among cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback to other designers
• Promote and contribute to scalable design systems and reusable experience patterns
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive design principles

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and modern design collaboration tools
• Demonstrated expertise in UX strategy, information architecture, and service design
• Proven experience leading complex digital product initiatives from discovery through delivery
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and storytelling skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and measurable business impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or agency experience
• Experience working within enterprise-scale digital ecosystems
• Experience contributing to or leading design systems initiatives
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and modern development workflows
• Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational experiences
