Lead UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion an ambitious user-centered experience strategy for the digital ecosystem.
• Lead design across multiple product teams, advocating for user needs and inspiring bold solutions.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to create cohesive, human-centered experiences.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Craft high-quality design artifacts including journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and flows.
• Contribute to the global design system and champion design best practices throughout the organization.
• Mentor and coach other designers to help them grow in craft and confidence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX design experience in fast-paced, agile environments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design methods and artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, etc.).
• Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design (UCD) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to inspire stakeholders.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading user research.
• Familiarity with lean experimentation and innovation methods.
• Background in healthcare or medical devices.
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered product experiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or Psychology.
