Responsibilities

• Define and execute a cohesive visual strategy and take ownership of design excellence
• Mentor and manage UX designers, fostering a high-performing, creative environment
• Oversee UX design from concept to implementation
• Partner with UI, product, and engineering teams to align visuals with business goals
• Lead the evolution of Glance’s design system with scalable, innovative solutions

Requirements

• 7–10 years of UX design experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative visual designs for digital products
• Proficiency in design tools and motion design
• Strong leadership, accountability, and strategic execution skills
