Lead Unarmed Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals and vehicles
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and patrol perimeters to identify safety risks
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and emergencies by contacting first responders
• Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls via phone and email
• Assist in the supervision, training, coaching, and development of security officers
• Establish, maintain, and review schedules
• Compile daily shift reports and statistical data

Requirements

• Valid Colorado Security License (Guard Card)
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• High School Diploma
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and crouch for extended periods
