Lead Two's Teacher

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans one week in advance using current curriculum guides
• Maintain a daily routine that covers all areas of child development
• Establish professional rapport with families and utilize the parent communication app efficiently
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each child while responding to their emotional needs
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe classroom environment
• Manage child assessments and portfolios, including conducting biannual parent/teacher conferences
• Perform daily classroom duties related to the care of children

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a relevant field
• Ability to pass all required background checks
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a childcare setting
