Lead Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage global entity payments and handle bank accounts across various geographies
• Perform bank account reconciliations and treasury-related postings
• Execute timely ACH and wire payments
• Manage cashflow, liquidity, and cash availability files
• Analyze direct debit payment requests
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, including unreconciled bank transactions
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and support audit queries
• Maintain desk procedures and support the payment team with bank-related queries

Requirements

• Graduate or Post-graduate degree in Commerce
• 6+ years of relevant experience in treasury or finance
• Strong expertise in bank account reconciliation and cashflow management
• Proficiency in handling ACH and wire payments
• Basic understanding of Foreign Exchange (FX)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
• Flexibility to work different shifts as per business requirements
