Lead, Trade and Customs

Responsibilities

• Lead customs and trade operations workstreams, specifically focusing on Tariff Classification, Special Trade Programs, and Export Controls.
• Manage trade-related projects with Global Trade Network partners to provide visibility and mitigate uncertainty from trade disruptions.
• Drive cross-functional business processes to improve operational efficiency and strengthen customs compliance.
• Support trade data, analytics, and capability-building initiatives to enable stronger governance and execution.
• Partner with management stakeholders to influence priorities and drive sustainable change across the organization.
• Develop and deliver trade and customs guidance, tools, and training materials to strengthen stakeholder operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs and trade-related roles.
• Proven experience in international trade operations and project management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally with virtual teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning and evening calls, to support international business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• U.S. Customs Broker License.
• Experience with trade systems and data analysis.
