Lead Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler classroom using developmentally appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment for young children
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Communicate regularly with families using the school's parent app
• Observe, assess, and support the individual development of each child
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
• Participate in conferences and collaborate with school leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience OR completion of EDU 119/early childhood education credentials and two years of experience in a licensed childcare center
• Ability to pass all required background checks
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and teaching
