Lead to Order Business Process Expert

Responsibilities

• Implement Lead to Order and CRM projects from a business perspective to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness.
• Communicate with Lead to Order and CRM Key Users across the entire Mondi Corrugated Solution.
• Test change requests, perform sprint testing, and manage first-level support for incidents and requests.
• Design new processes and support global roll-outs.
• Drive automation and digitalization by supporting local plant teams and implementing standardized processes.
• Train Key Users and create guidelines based on implemented solutions.
• Continuously update process maps, handbooks, and modeling standards.
• Collaborate closely with Cluster Leads, IT counterparts, and Master Data Specialists.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with customer and inquiry/offer management in SAP.
• At least 3 years of experience with leads and customer management within CRM systems.
• Proven experience as an SAP Key User.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Polish, German, or Turkish is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and E2E process thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong project/change management capabilities.
