Lead To Cash, Technical - Functional Architect (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Serve as an accountable, End-to-End Architect in complex client engagements, including roles such as Transformation Architect, Business Process Architect, and Enterprise Architect
• Inspire confidence and gain alignment among executive leaders across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Service, and Finance
• Prioritize, guide, and assign work items to both functional and technical staff while managing output quality
• Design end-to-end solutions considering CRM, CPQ, and Customer Service systems architecture impacts on eCommerce, order management, inventory, and ERP systems
• Implement proven data migration and integration methods (custom code and middleware-based) for Lead-to-Cash use cases
• Present design decisions to clients, highlighting short- and long-term operational efficiencies

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in hands-on technical delivery and functional delivery quality management
• Proven background configuring and developing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Strong corporate finance and revenue accounting knowledge
• Experience implementing technology and operational improvement solutions for Private Equity backed businesses
• Ability to lead global delivery teams in a fast-paced, project-based environment
• Experience growing a practice within a consulting firm environment
