Lead to Cash Delivery Lead (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Lead-to-Cash transformation initiatives across Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding business transformation strategy and Salesforce-enabled process modernization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise business transformation and Salesforce implementation.
• Deep expertise in Lead-to-Cash business processes and Salesforce-centric transformation.
• Proven experience in consulting, professional services, or a Salesforce Partner environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect.
• Experience with Private Equity-backed organizations or mid-market enterprises.
• Project management certifications like PMP or SAFe.
