About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary resource for resolving complex client servicing issues and troubleshooting problems.
- Coach and mentor tellers to enhance the client experience and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling, staffing, and overseeing operational standards.
- Identify financial wellness opportunities during client interactions and transition clients to Bankers.
- Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
- Support the Branch Manager with the onboarding and training of new teller team members.
- Accurately process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling.
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications and calculators.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and motivational skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a Notary License.
