About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary resource for identifying and resolving complex client servicing issues
- Coach and mentor tellers to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness
- Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling and staffing
- Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls
- Listen to clients to uncover financial needs and transition them to bankers for deeper wellness conversations
- Support the Branch Manager in onboarding and training new team members
- Accurately process cash transactions and maintain balanced cash drawers
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management
- 3+ years of experience in cash handling
- Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications and calculators
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
- Notary License
