About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary resource for identifying and resolving complex client servicing issues
  • Coach and mentor tellers to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness
  • Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling and staffing
  • Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls
  • Listen to clients to uncover financial needs and transition them to bankers for deeper wellness conversations
  • Support the Branch Manager in onboarding and training new team members
  • Accurately process cash transactions and maintain balanced cash drawers

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management
  • 3+ years of experience in cash handling
  • Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications and calculators
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notary License
