About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary resource for identifying and resolving complex client servicing issues.
- Coach and mentor tellers to enhance the client experience and operational effectiveness.
- Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling, staffing, and overseeing operational standards.
- Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
- Listen to clients to uncover financial needs and transition them to Bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.
- Support the Branch Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
- Accurately process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling.
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications and calculators.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Notary License.
