About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary resource for identifying and resolving complex client servicing issues.
  • Coach and mentor tellers to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling and staffing.
  • Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
  • Listen to clients to uncover financial needs and transition them to Bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.
  • Support the Branch Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Accurately process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management.
  • 3+ years of experience in cash handling.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based applications and calculators.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notary License.
