About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling and staffing.
  • Act as a primary resource for resolving complex client servicing issues and troubleshooting.
  • Coach and mentor tellers to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
  • Identify financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to Bankers for deeper conversations.
  • Support the Branch Manager with onboarding and training new team members.
  • Accurately process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management.
  • 3+ years of experience in cash handling.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications and calculators.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notary License.
