About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, staffing, and overseeing operational standards.
  • Act as a primary resource for identifying and resolving complex client servicing issues.
  • Coach and mentor tellers to enhance the client experience and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and securely, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers.
  • Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to Bankers for deeper discussions.
  • Ensure branch compliance with all regulatory, security, and internal audit controls.
  • Support the Branch Manager in onboarding and training new team members.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications and calculators.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Notary License.
