Lead Technology Architect

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity via Entra Connect
• Design and maintain Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, MFA, and SSO (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
• Manage Exchange Online/Hybrid, mail flow, transport rules, and email security (DMARC, DKIM, SPF)
• Administer Microsoft Teams policies, governance, and SBC-based enterprise voice
• Manage SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune endpoint fleet (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS)
• Operate Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Endpoint (EDR, ASR)
• Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle, DNS, CDN, WAF, and DDoS platforms
• Administer enterprise AI platforms including Claude and Microsoft Copilot
• Act as technical design authority, maintain standards, and lead a small admin team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
• 12–15 years in enterprise IT infrastructure with deep Microsoft stack expertise
• 5–7 years in a senior architect or technical lead role owning M365 environments
• Proven experience with Exchange hybrid, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender
• Practical experience with enterprise AI platforms (Claude, Microsoft Copilot)
• Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate for on-site work
• Fluent professional English; Arabic is an advantage
• On-call availability for critical incidents

Preferred Qualifications

• MS-102, SC-300, SC-200, MD-102, MS-700, AZ-104, or MS-203 certifications
• Experience with PowerShell remediation scripts and Autopilot
