Lead Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in improving machine and process yield, quality, and failure analysis resolution
• Provide technical support to resolve machine breakdowns and minimize unplanned production downtime
• Drive OEE and productivity improvements through process modification and Kaizen initiatives
• Support new machine and product start-ups by executing IQ, OQ, and PQ validation
• Manage and implement effective preventive maintenance (PM) programs and spare parts management
• Compile training materials and conduct machine operation training for technicians and operators
• Ensure strict compliance with all EHS procedures and requirements

Requirements

• NITEC (NTC/ITC) with at least 8 years of experience, or a Diploma with at least 2 years of experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings
• Proficiency in PLC control systems
• Experience with the design of jigs and fixtures
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on key processes and equipment
