Lead Technician I

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for utility installation malfunctions, including electricity, cooling, heating, and HVAC systems.
• Perform first-line interventions to restore operational status to installations as quickly as possible following an alarm.
• Execute preventive and curative maintenance tasks and conduct periodic checks on installations such as emergency diesels, sprinkler systems, steam boilers, and water installations.
• Escalate recurring malfunctions and collaborate with zone engineers to investigate root causes and propose improvements.
• Report incidents accurately within validated systems in compliance with Pfizer safety procedures and GMP standards.
• Maintain a high level of safety by reporting unsafe situations and addressing unsafe behaviors among colleagues.
• Work within a five-shift rotation system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, electricity, or an equivalent level of experience.
• Broad technical knowledge including high voltage, strong current, mechanical, pneumatic, measurement and control technology, and automation.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems.
• Strong self-discipline with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks based on guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues and internal customers.
• Ability to report objectively based on facts and measured data.
• High level of quality orientation and attention to detail.
