Lead Technician, Airframe & Powerplant

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
• Perform and document all work completed in accordance with appropriate manuals and regulations
• Inspect incoming parts and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist in various maintenance disciplines including Avionics, Structures, and Composites
• Provide accurate time estimates for maintenance tasks
• Comply with all environmental health and safety policies and participate in 5-S activities
• Operate ground support equipment as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of aircraft maintenance work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on corporate jet aircraft
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Bombardier aircraft models
• Proven experience in customer relations and customer-facing interactions
• Ability to become Delegated Inspector qualified
• Ability to become Engine Run & Taxi qualified on Bombardier aircraft
• Current APU Run qualification on Bombardier aircraft
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to train other employees
