Lead Technical Security

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Special Access Physical Security program.
• Support facility construction for classified programs in compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD705), DCID 6/9, and CNSSI 7003.
• Communicate security requirements regarding accreditation, co-use agreements, and automated access control systems to internal and external customers.
• Create and maintain accreditation packages, including Construction Security Plans (CSP), Pre-Construction Checklists, and TEMPEST Checklists.
• Articulate security requirements to Physical Security Management, Facilities Project Managers, Engineers, and general contractors.
• Monitor and perform inspections for new construction activities and review construction blueprints.
• Perform after-hour duties related to construction activities or emergency response situations.

Requirements

• AA/AS degree or 2-year post-high school training with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV).
• Experience with classified construction projects.
• Knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM, and 32 CFR Part 117.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• ICD705 SCIF Construction Certification.
• Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification.
• Working knowledge of Industrial Security or similar Aerospace security functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs and Adobe PDF.
