Lead Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope and objectives.
• Apply advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile delivery practices and promote AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support program management workflows with strong validation habits.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to break down complex technical or operational objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Direct experience managing large-scale technology projects.
