Lead Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope and objectives.
• Lead change management initiatives across feature teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective release management.
• Manage cross-pillar dependencies within the TCIO organization and partner with Engineering Leads to drive seamless execution.
• Serve as a critical conduit between Product teams and Business Managers to identify gaps and mobilize technical solutions.
• Utilize analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical project migrations from inception to successful delivery.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in Securities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or other finance-related functions within a major banking institution.
• Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down complex business and technical objectives.
