Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional technical projects from initiation through execution and delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, and status reporting
  • Drive quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and prioritization activities
  • Coordinate with engineering, data, and IT teams to understand system architecture and technical dependencies
  • Apply agile methodologies and maintain program governance standards
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Produce executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical projects
  • Proven experience managing programs in software engineering, data science, or data engineering
  • Deep understanding of agile development frameworks and engineering operations
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience operating in a matrixed organization and managing complex dependencies
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Asana
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, data platforms, or DevSecOps practices
  • Software development experience
  • PMP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications
  • Experience with Tempo time tracking
  • Experience with executive reporting and governance processes
