Lead Technical Program Manager – AI and Data Management Controls

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans integrating technical requirements, risk considerations, and resource allocation.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks for AI/ML initiatives by implementing robust controls and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, risk, and compliance to define program scope and objectives.
• Utilize automation and advanced analytics to monitor controls and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Design and build dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize risk metrics and automate reporting.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation regarding advanced technical solutions and risk awareness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applied program management experience.
• Formal training or certification in program management concepts.
• Hands-on experience in basic programming and dashboard creation for automation and analytics.
• Experience in data management, data governance, or risk management/analytics.
• Proficiency with data analytics platforms such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Python.
• Demonstrated experience using AI capabilities to support program management workflows.
• Experience leading AI/ML and data programs with an understanding of data lifecycles and associated risks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and the integration of data sources.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and risk frameworks relevant to AI/ML and data programs in banking or fintech.
