About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery for priority Information Security initiatives by managing scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Maintain RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions) logs and actively manage escalations and blockers.
- Provide clear, concise status reporting for stakeholders using outcome-oriented metrics such as delivery health and risk posture.
- Partner with Information Security and Technology leaders to translate priorities into executable plans and surface constraints early.
- Facilitate program governance forums to coordinate delivery, resolve interlocks, and ensure readiness for operational adoption.
- Drive disciplined execution across the full lifecycle, from intake and planning through launch and stabilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program or project management, including Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working in Information Security or complex technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of core cybersecurity concepts such as controls, risk, identity, and vulnerability management.
- Ability to manage dependencies and stakeholders in a regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing programs with diverse stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- Hands-on cybersecurity experience in areas such as security engineering, operations, incident response, or IAM.
