Lead Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape the Partner Support and Communication Strategy for Nike wholesale partners by defining product roadmaps and strategies.
• Translate business problems into well-defined PRDs, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and plan product features based on business needs, ensuring alignment with CSR and FY AOP.
• Partner with engineering teams on solution design, architectural decisions, and technical direction.
• Track value delivery and post-deployment outcomes to ensure products meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ops, Geo leads, and Global Product Managers, within a matrix organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience working in B2B or B2C environments.
• Mandatory experience working with CRM systems.
• Technical proficiency with AWS Cloud and API knowledge.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Solid grasp of Design Thinking concepts and Design Leadership.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs, processes, and ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of data integration processes.
• Experience using AI tools (such as Cursor) for product management activities.
• Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
